We have already begun works on the reducing of levels, site compound and Installation of temporary services.
Trinity Civil Engineering have committed to constructing a purpose made attenuation pond along with traditional attenuation tanks. in addition to this we will installing storm and foul water drainage, strip foundations, traditional block and beam flooring, roads, footpaths, services and hard landscaping.
TCE have assumed the role of principle contractor for the initial commencement of this development until Trinity Homes take over.

Trinity Civil Engineering are pleased to announce we have been awarded the groundworks package for a 44 plot housing development for Trinity Homes. The site is situated behind Stone Cross Garden Centre.
We have already begun works on the reducing of levels and installation of foul and surface water drainage, as you can see from the photo above some of the plot locations have started taking place and the setting out of the new roadways to service the large development has been completed.
Trinity Civil Engineering have also committed to constructing a purpose-built surface water attenuation pond and a retained slope system to the north of the site in addition the everyday packages: Strip foundations; suspended ground floor construction; road & path construction; drainage & service installation and hard landscaping.
We have assumed the role of principle contractor for the initial commencement of the project allowing our client to continue strengthening its services to existing schemes before having to resource the on-site management of this development.
